CAKES

We make 3 basic cakes:
Madeira
Lemon Madeira
Chocolate

and 4 types of filling:

Vanilla butter cream
Lemon butter cream
Chocolate filling (melted chocolate mixed with cream)
Jam

The decoration is mostly coloured Fondant icing, though some of the small figures
are made out of marzipan (unless requested not to).

All of our cakes are made using butter.
Chocolate cakes are made with dark (70% cocoa solids) chocolate.
